Sometimes the ready-made collection doesn’t have exactly the right piece. In that case, a custom order is an opportunity to create jewelry or a product that has personal meaning just for you.

I create custom orders based on customers’ own wishes – from individual pieces of jewelry to larger sets.
A custom order is especially suitable when you can’t find exactly what you’re looking for in the ready-made collection, or when you want your product to feature your own theme, place, or memory.

 

Custom orders can be made in many ways. Here are some examples of the most common custom orders.

How the custom order process works

1. Contact us and share your wishes. You can include pictures or examples if you have any.
   
2. Design
   We will review the idea and implementation options. At this stage, we ensure the final result meets your expectations.
   
3. Implementation
   Once the design is agreed upon, I will craft the product by hand.
   
4. When the product is ready, you will receive a notification with payment and ordering instructions

Pricing for custom orders is based on the price of the equivalent online store product plus a 3 € design fee.

For example, a keychain 13.90€ + 3€ = 16.90€.

Pricing for larger orders or multiple products is agreed upon separately.

Payment for products is made only after the customer has approved the product and before the final finishing is done.

How long does it take to complete a custom order?

The production time depends on the type of product, the scope of work, and the current order queue. Typically, a custom order is completed within a few days to about a week. You will always receive an estimate of the completion time when you inquire.

Can I order jewelry based on my own photo?

Yes, you can. I can create jewelry based on a photo of a pet, landscape, or other subject. Even if the photo isn’t perfect, I can often edit and improve it to create a high-quality base for the product.

Can I order multiple identical products?

Yes. I can make several identical products, for example as gifts, for family or friends. A consistent product series can also be made from the same image or design.

Can I see a draft before production?

Yes. You will always see a proof before the final product is made. We can still make changes to ensure the final result meets your wishes. Approval of the draft happens before the final production is completed.

Can I order jewelry with my own idea?
